If you are not satisfied with the purchase you have the right to return the ordered products without even having to specify the reason by contacting Altobel Antonio within 14 days of receipt of the products and indicating your will to withdraw from the contract and the reference of the products you want to return. You will be required to return them at your expense in the original package and in good condition by sending them to the address we will give you (that of the manufacturer of the items purchased). Altobel Antonio will refund you within 14 days of receipt of the goods delivered, as you paid.
STANDARD WARRANTY FOR ALTOBEL ANTONIO WATCHES
All of our watches we sell from ALTOBEL ANTONIO are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and 24 month warranty (from the date of invoice) for defects of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 24 of 2 February 2002.
The manufacturer's formal warranty is provided in the manner shown in the documentation contained within the pendulum package to which our n. invoice. The 24-month warranty under DL 24/02 applies to the watch that exhibits a defect of conformity, provided that the watch itself is properly used, respecting its intended purpose and as provided in the accompanying technical documentation.
In order to benefit from the guarantee, the customer will have to keep the invoice, which will be received by e-mail in electronic format. The 24-month guarantee is reserved to the private consumer (a natural person who buys the goods for purposes other than their professional activity, or makes a purchase without specifying a VAT code in the order form). For those who make a purchase with VAT, the legal guarantees provided for in art. 1490 and following c.c. (One year after product delivery). In the event of a defect in compliance, ALTOBEL ANTONIO will provide, without charge to the Customer, the restoration of the conformity of the product by repairing, replacing or reducing the price until the contract is terminated.
If, following intervention by ALTOBEL ANTONIO, the alleged defect is not covered by the conventional manufacturer's warranty, but due to tampering or damage caused by the customer with improper installation or improper use of the goods, they will be charged the same for any verification costs And repair as well as shipping costs if supported by ALTOBEL ANTONIO. Replacement or eventual repair time depends solely on logistics and will always be minimized. If, for any reason, ALTOBEL ANTONIO is unable to provide a customer with a warranty product (restored or replaced), ALTOBEL ANTONIO may at its own discretion pay back the full amount paid. No damage may be required to ALTOBEL ANTONIO for any delays in performing repairs or replacements. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer (at his expense) if possible in the original packaging, which is always the most suitable for the efficient and convenient transport of the watch in All its parts and accessories but also without the documentation.
