1. IF THE PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED.
If a clock you have recived is defective or damaged, you'll be able to proceed to complaint. You can contact us by phone or send an e-mail with a short description about how the defect or the damage is created. After receiving information, we'll process your request with priority and in the shortest possible time.
2. DELIVERY IN ITALY.
Delivery for available models: the departure from our store in Sanguinetto (Verona) occurs in 10 days from confirm. If it isn't already ready, we'll finish the clock within 60 days and delivery occurs in the next 10 days. Delivery in Italy is always free. Delivery will be performed by furnishings specialized courier and it's different from any region.
Assembling will be explained step by step in the days before delivery and you can receive free assistance on delivery to put in action the clock. We have also a video in English to put in action advanced models. Istructions are printed and attached into the pendulum box.
Bonus: we send a little quartz watch for the kitchen for each order.
3. DELIVERY IN THE UE.
Abroad delivery by truck and in groupage in the UE is included. It will be mainly performed by Fercam Spa, international furnishings carrier. The clock will be brought to the delivery address or in the nearest storage warehouse where you can collect the goods or proceed with a little carrier at your expense.
Delivery occurs in about 20 days if the clock is available. Anyway the clock is shipped within 60 days after confirmation.
Packaging is doubled and if it's possible palletize. The rest isn't possible.
4. DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UE.
Delivery outside the UE by truck or container will be performed by Fercam Spa or Jas Spa but it isn't included and it isn't possible anticipate cost and customs duties, that will remain at cosegnee. We bring on us the goods to the Verona customs warehouse.
Delivery by plane will be always quoted separately.
